Job summary

Beyondsoft in Singapore is seeking a software engineer to lead development of software that controls DNA sequencing instruments. You will design, develop, test, and deliver scalable .NET applications, collaborate with Agile teams, and ensure code quality through reviews and tests.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in any discipline.
• Strong proficiency in object-oriented programming languages, preferably C#, with a solid understanding of software engineering principles.
• Deep experience designing, developing, and maintaining asynchronous .NET applications in production-quality environments.
• Experience designing and implementing REST-based services and APIs.
• Experience with front-end technologies and/or front-end frameworks, such as Angular and React.
• Experience with writing well-structured unit test codes.
• Ability to produce clean, efficient, maintainable, and well-tested code that meets product requirements and long-term support needs.

• Drive software design and code reviews to ensure adherence to engineering best practices, coding standards, testability, maintainability, and product quality expectations.
• Coordinate effectively with local and remote team members to promote clear communication, technical alignment, knowledge sharing, and timely execution across distributed development activities.
