Job summary

ANT CONSULTANTS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Resident Engineer (RE) / Resident Technical Officer (RTO) on a 28-month contract.

The role involves leading planning, design, and supervision by coordinating with professional engineers, regulators, and contractors to resolve site issues and ensure timely completion. You will verify site conditions against drawings, implement safety and QA systems, and produce detailed daily progress reports for clients and consultants.

Qualifications

• Must hold valid RE/RTO accreditation from IES.
• Strong knowledge of Building Control Act and related regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, design, and supervision efforts with engineers, regulators and contractors to ensure timely project completion.
• Verify site conditions against approved drawings to maintain accuracy.
• Maintain site supervision quality and safety systems and produce daily site reports for clients and consultants.
• Supervise multiple disciplines and address non-conformities in contractor work.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure MOM compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Maintain comprehensive site documentation including minutes, safety records, and as-built submissions.
