Qualifications

• Master’s or bachelor’s degree in engineering or related science field with 5 years wafer fabrication experience.
• Strong problem-solving, data analysis, SPC/process control knowledge.
• Proficient in SPC, recipe management, MES and deviation requests.
• Knowledge of yield, defect mechanisms and process interactions.
• Ability to lead shift teams in fast-paced environments.
• Demonstrates Micron leadership behaviors and values.

Responsibilities

• Serves as 1st line of defense for shift critical area issues.
• Serves as 2nd line of defense for shift critical area issues interfacing with TD 1st shift teams.
• Sets priorities with TD 1st Shift, HVM Ops, and cross-functional teams.
• Ensures robust reaction plans and timely updates for shift teams.
• Develops and delivers plans to resolve on-shift process/tool issues and improve output.
• Collaborates with process development engineering and suppliers to maintain process/tool performance.
