Job summary

Home Team Science and Technology Agency (HTX) in Singapore is seeking an experienced technical lead to manage mission-critical infrastructure for MHA/HTX operations. You will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the performance of server and network systems, including Active Directory and cloud environments.

The ideal candidate has a tertiary qualification in a relevant field, at least 5 years of hands-on experience, and strong skills in cybersecurity frameworks. This is a two-year contract position with opportunities for permanent tenure.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on working experience in system/network administration.
• Proven track record in maintaining 24/7 operational systems.
• Proactive self-starter with the ability to drive projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain enterprise services including Network equipment.
• Drive end-to-end lifecycle of ICT systems.
• Serve as Tier-3 escalation for server and network incidents.
