Job summary

IKEA Singapore is seeking a skilled Search Performance Lead to optimise end-to-end search across SEO, SEM and GEO. You will drive visibility, traffic and commercial growth by applying data-driven insights and collaborating with Selling, Marketing and global teams.

Lead strategies across traditional and AI-powered search, monitor performance and translate analytics into actionable improvements. Prior experience in e-commerce or omnichannel retail is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM and GEO with hands-on experience.
• Good understanding of web analytics and performance measurement tools.
• Commercially minded with ability to translate data into business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop, execute and optimise IKEA Singapore's search strategy across SEO, SEM and GEO to maximise visibility, traffic and performance.
• Drive SEO improvements across the website including metadata, site architecture, internal linking and technical SEO enhancements.
• Plan, manage and optimise SEM campaigns with keyword strategy, bidding, budget allocation, ad creation and performance monitoring.
• Lead GEO initiatives to strengthen visibility across AI-powered search and answer engines.
• Analyse customer search behaviour, market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Monitor, report and provide actionable insights on search performance and recommendations for business decisions.
• Partner with Selling, Marketing and Commercial teams to embed search into campaigns and customer journeys.
• Collaborate with global and regional stakeholders to align on strategies, governance and best practices.
• Stay updated with search engine changes and AI developments to inform roadmaps and capability building.
