AIDEAL PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an experienced SEO Lead to design and drive comprehensive SEO and GEO strategies for multiple clients.

You will guide on-page, off-page, and technical SEO efforts, conduct audits, and own backlink hygiene while aligning with sales and client servicing to meet client goals. The role requires leadership of a small team, advanced analytics, and staying current with AI-powered search trends.

Qualifications

At least 4 years of SEO experience with at least 2 years in a team-lead or managerial role.
Strong expertise in on-page, off-page, and technical SEO, including audits and backlink strategies.
Working knowledge of Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and AI-powered search platforms (e.g. Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude)
Experience managing multiple client accounts and collaborating with sales, client servicing, and creative teams
Proficient in SEO and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, or SEMrush
Strong communication, reporting, and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

Develop and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies for our clients.
Stay current with and share SEO trends and algorithm updates.
Conduct website audits and derive action steps for SEO clients based on audit results.
Own backlinking processes and ensure guest post hygiene.
Optimize content for AI-powered search engines and generative AI platforms (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, Claude and Grok etc.).
Develop citation-worthy content strategies to increase brand visibility in AI-generated responses.
Monitor and analyze brand presence in generative AI answers and establish GEO performance metrics.
Stay current with generative AI model updates and adapt optimization strategies accordingly.
Participate in client pitches and presentations as needed.
Participate in ongoing client conversations to better communicate SEO and GEO processes.
Collaborate with sales and account servicing team to understand clients' goals, and tailor SEO and GEO strategies to meet their needs.
Develop and maintain monthly performance reports.
Monitor team level performance metrics and keep DMM appraised weekly of campaign performance, status, and issues that need to be addressed.
Ensure quality assurance and timely delivery of work.
Develop efficient SEO/GEO workflows and processes.
Identify opportunities for automation and tool integration.
