Job summary

The role requires 3+ years of Salesforce experience, strong analytical skills, and a proven track record with migrations/integrations. You will collaborate with CRM and backend teams to ensure seamless data flows and integrations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with Salesforce
• Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture and API
• Experience writing Visualforce and Apex classes and triggers
• Demonstrated success with multiple Salesforce migration/integration projects
• Strong business analysis and requirements gathering skills
• Strong communication and data presentation skills

Responsibilities

• Analyse business requirements and translate them into Salesforce functional and technical needs.
• Engage with stakeholders to understand processes, pain points and propose solutions.
• Lead requirements gathering, solution assessment and implementation planning for Salesforce initiatives.
• Evaluate Salesforce processes and configurations for improvements and automation.
• Design integration approaches with existing enterprise apps and third-party systems.
• Collaborate with CRM and backend teams to define data flows and interfaces.
• Prepare functional specs, process flows and implementation docs.
• Coordinate with technical teams to ensure delivered solution aligns with requirements.
