Job summary

KIM HUA CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking a senior Safety & Environmental Manager to lead WSH compliance on site in Singapore. The role focuses on developing programs, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring regulatory adherence.

Ideal candidates will hold MOM WSHO and NEA ECO registrations, with proven experience in construction safety and environmental control, and strong leadership and communication skills to drive site-wide compliance.

Qualifications

• Education in Building Construction Management or Environmental Engineering or related field.
• Registered WSHO with MOM is mandatory.
• Registered ECO with NEA is mandatory.
• Experience in tracking and managing site safety and environmental controls in construction.
• Knowledge of WSH Act and local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and review WSH management systems on-site.
• Implement environmental control programmes and conduct inspections per NEA guidelines.
• Lead investigations into incidents and near-misses, prepare reports and CAPA actions.
• Conduct daily site safety walks and environmental inspections for compliance.
• Liaise with MOM, NEA, PUB and handle safety/environment documentation and audits.
