HUATIONG CONTRACTOR PTE LTD is seeking a Safety & Environmental Compliance Lead to oversee workplace safety, health, and environmental practices on construction sites in Singapore. You will conduct inspections, carry out risk assessments, and lead incident investigations to ensure MOM and NEA standards are met.

The role requires WSHO and ECO registrations with MOM and NEA, respectively, and a minimum of 3 years’ experience on local projects.

Qualifications

WSHO registered with MOM
ECO registered with NEA
Minimum 3 years of relevant safety/environmental compliance experience on Singapore construction projects

Responsibilities

Lead and enforce workplace safety, health, and environmental compliance on construction sites to meet regulatory and project standards
Conduct thorough site inspections to identify hazards and implement corrective actions to mitigate risks
Perform detailed risk assessments to evaluate potential safety and environmental impacts and recommend preventive measures
Investigate incidents promptly to determine root causes and develop corrective and preventive action plans
Deliver clear and engaging safety briefings to site personnel to promote awareness and compliance
Maintain accurate and up-to-date WSH and environmental records for audit and reporting purposes
Collaborate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and regulatory authorities to ensure coordinated safety management and compliance
