Job summary

LSW Consulting Engineers PTE. LTD. seeks a Site Supervisor to oversee civil and structural works on site, ensuring quality and compliance with project specifications. You will lead the site team, monitor progress, and coordinate with main and direct contractors.

Responsibilities include maintaining daily records, inspections, tests, safety, and housekeeping; verifying contractor reports and claims; recording variations; and supporting the Consultant Team in overall site supervision.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising civil and structural works on construction sites.
• Ability to read project specifications and drawings.
• Strong coordination and communication with contractors and consultants.

Responsibilities

• Site supervision and inspection to ensure works meet required quality and accuracy.
• Maintain daily records of tests, inspections, status of works, safety, site diary, materials and equipment on site.
• Verify reports and claims submitted by contractors.
• Record all variations as instructed or approved by Consultant Team.
• Attend to contractor queries and coordinate works of main contractor and direct contractors.
• Overall control of site supervisory staff as directed by Consultants.

Job description

Responsible for overall in charge supervision team and guide the work and assign works fro site team.

Monitoring material test , comply with project spec, Assessment of progress claim, attend all kind of meeting, safety and Housekeeping weekly report, Audit contractor worksSupervision and coordination of the construction of the civil and structural works of the project and exercise all reasonable skill, care and diligence in the discharge of the contract period.

To carry out site supervision and inspection of the works to ensure that the works are constructed to required quality and accuracy.

To maintain proper and update daily records of all works done, including records of tests, inspections, status of works, safety, site diary, materials and equipment on site.

To verify reports and claims submitted by the contractors.

To record all variations as instructed or approved by Consultant Team.

To attend to contractor's queries and co-ordinate works of main contractor and direct contractors.

Responsible to the consultants who will have overall control of the site supervisory staff and also discharge of duties are listed following items of works.
