Job summary

lsw consulting engineers pte. ltd. is seeking an experienced piling supervisor for site-based roles in Singapore.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 8 years' experience in piling foundation supervision, including HDB BTO projects, and can supervise construction to required quality and accuracy. You will monitor bore piling, ERSS, earth retaining walls and precast works with approved drawings and specifications, review method statements, and coordinate with consultants, clients and authorities

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of piling foundation supervision experience, including HDB BTO projects.
• Ability to carry out site supervision and inspection to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Experience with bore piling, ERSS, earth retaining walls and precast works with approved drawings, specs and regulations.
• Monitoring structural material tests and review of method statements.

Responsibilities

• Carry out site supervision and inspection to ensure works meet required quality and accuracy.
• Supervise bore piling, ERSS, earth retaining walls and precast works with approved drawings and specs.
• Monitor material tests and check method statements, tests and drawings.
• Coordinate with Consultants, Client and authorities; attend progress and technical meetings.
• Reply RFAs/RFIs and maintain updated drawings, RFA/RFI and site records.

Min. 8 years working experience in piling foundation supervision during piling stage of the project; supervision in HDB BTO projects.

To carry out site supervision and inspection of the works to ensure the works are constructed to required quality and accuracy

Supervision & Inspection for bore piling, ERSS, earth retaining wall & precast work with approved dwg, specification, rule & regulation.

Monitoring in structural material test and checking Method Statements, tests and drawings

Work closely with Consultants, Client & authority and attend progress and technical meetings

Reply some RFA/RFI and Maintain updated drawings/RFA/ RFI, all site records
