Job summary

Qualifications
- Degree in Welding, Materials, Manufacturing or Mechanical Engineering is required.
- Minimum of 8 years manufacturing experience with at least 5 years in joining technologies.
- Experience with laser cladding, Superalloy welding/brazing metallurgy, and NC/CNC machinery is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Lead development and industrialization of advanced joining and repair technologies for global operations.
- Design and implement repair solutions for new product introductions and component repair strategies.
- Develop validation plans for repair materials and laser cladding in collaboration with New Repair Introduction teams.
