Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Welding, Materials, Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in manufacturing, with 5+ in joining processes.
• Strong understanding of laser cladding process and metallurgy.
