Qualifications

• At least 10 years of relevant experience in construction contracts management.
• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated success negotiating, drafting and administering varied construction contracts.
• Strong command of construction law, contract management principles and risk mitigation.
• Sharp commercial judgement, problem-solving ability and stakeholder management skills, with a collaborative approach across teams.

Responsibilities

• Build and guide the Quantity Surveying (QS) team, setting clear goals and keeping members motivated and aligned.
• Take charge of project profit and loss, ensuring contract and cost management processes deliver on financial targets.
• Put in place and maintain effective systems for QS, contract administration and cost control, including oversight of costing across projects and entities.
• Resolve contractual and cost disputes with project teams, clients and subcontractors, driving timely settlements while managing risk and compliance.
• Negotiate, draft and manage a wide range of construction contracts to protect the company's interests and support smooth project delivery.
