Job summary

Luxoft Singapore is seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to lead a data engineering team building Python and PySpark solutions for a critical Trade Surveillance project built on Q/KDB and Python/PySpark. You will drive delivery plans, mentor engineers and collaborate with stakeholders.

You will manage 30+ developers and automation engineers, oversee RAID, and explore Gen AI utilities to boost productivity and quality. Prior hands-on experience in banking/compliance is essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as a python developer or architect.
• Strong people and stakeholder management experience.
• Proven ability to build Gen AI utilities and agents.
• Experience in trade surveillance or banking/compliance domains.

Responsibilities

• Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to developers
• Manage a team of 30+ developers & automation engineers
• Prepare delivery plan and liaise with Bank stakeholders in executing the plan
• RAID management of project
• Leverage Gen AI solutions to improve overall productivity and delivery quality
