Job summary

Luxoft in Singapore is seeking a Delivery Manager with deep expertise in Python and PySpark data engineering for a critical Trade Surveillance project built on Q/KDB and Python. You will lead a 30+ person team, perform code reviews, and drive delivery plans with bank stakeholders.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in Python, strong stakeholder management, and experience building Gen AI utilities and agents. Banking/compliance domain exposure is a plus.

• 10+ years of expertise as a Python developer or architect.
• Strong people and stakeholder management experience.
• Proven ability to build Gen AI utilities and agents.

Responsibilities

• Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to developers.
• Manage a team of 30+ developers & automation engineers.
• Prepare delivery plan and liaise with Bank stakeholders in executing the plan.
• RAID management of project.
• Leverage Gen AI solutions to improve overall productivity and delivery quality.
