Job summary

Luxoft Singapore is seeking a Delivery Manager with deep Python and PySpark data engineering expertise to lead a Trade Surveillance project built on Q/KDB and Python/PySpark.

You will manage a 30+ person team of developers and automation engineers, own the delivery plan, liaise with bank stakeholders to meet milestones, perform RAID management, and leverage Gen AI utilities to boost productivity and delivery quality across workstreams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as a Python developer or architect.
• Strong people and stakeholder management experience.
• Proven ability to build Gen AI utilities and agents.

Responsibilities

• Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to developers.
• Manage a team of 30+ developers & automation engineers
• Prepare delivery plan and liaise with Bank stakeholders in executing the plan
• RAID management of project
• Leverage Gen AI solutions to improve overall productivity and delivery quality
