Responsibilities

• Mentor & guide Python developers and automation engineers in building world class products.
• Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to developers.
• Manage a team of 30+ developers & automation engineers.
• Prepare delivery plan and liaise with Bank stakeholders in executing the plan.
• RAID management of project.
• Leverage Gen AI solutions to improve overall productivity and delivery quality.
