Job summary

NES GLOBAL PTE. LTD. is seeking a Project Manager with extensive experience in refinery, petrochemical, LNG, energy, or process plant projects.

The role covers feasibility through execution, including FEED, engineering assurance, technology selection and execution planning. Responsibilities include setting EPC/EPCM contracting strategy, tendering, negotiations, and awards, as well as overseeing engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, start-up and handover.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical discipline is required.
• Minimum 20 years of EPC/major capital project delivery experience in petrochemical, refinery, LNG, energy or process industries.
• Proven leadership from FEED through EPC, commissioning and start-up; owner/developer and EPC contractor experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads the petrochemical, refinery, LNG, energy and process plant project.
• Direct feasibility, FEED, engineering assurance, technology selection and execution planning.
• Set EPC/EPCM contracting strategy, manage tendering, negotiations and contractor awards.
• Oversee engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, start-up and operational handover.
• Establish project controls, performance reporting, forecasting, change control and risk governance.
• Ensure HSE, quality, regulatory and environmental compliance across all project phases.
• Resolve technical interfaces, project risks, cost overruns, schedule delays and contractor issues.
