GRADIANT INTERNATIONAL HOLDINGS PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Expeditor to manage and accelerate procurement activities for large-scale projects in the water/oil & gas sectors.

You will coordinate with project teams, monitor supplier performance, and drive corrective actions to keep schedules on track. Responsibilities include organizing kickoff meetings, expediting material orders, and reporting progress to management.

Qualificações

• General knowledge of construction principles and procedures.
• Experience of 8–10 years in Water or Oil & Gas as an expeditor.
• Familiarity with procurement aspects, fabrication interpretation, and bottleneck identification.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
• Decisive, analytical, organized and able to supervise established procedures.
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Assign expediting level to purchase orders after discussion with Project and Procurement Managers.
• Organize or participate in Kick-Off Meetings (K.O.M.).
• Monitor expediting performance from vendors and third-party expeditors; analyze delays and provide weekly status reports with corrective actions.
• Ensure BOMs are released, sub-orders placed, and orders expedited to support manufacturing schedules.
• Issue weekly critical items reports and escalate issues to PM/PPM as needed.
• Perform field expediting and coordinate material transportation with internal logistics.
• Participate with engineering and project teams to support on-time project completion within budget.
• Contribute to overall VENDOR performance evaluation.
