Leoch Battery Pte. Ltd. seeks a technically strong Asst Project Manager / Project Manager to lead the engineering execution and project delivery of battery and energy storage projects across Singapore and the ASEAN region.

You will serve as the technical anchor for project implementation, bridging design intent, manufacturing standards, and field installation to ensure systems meet specifications. The ideal candidate is an engineer who thrives on solving complex technical problems, enjoys

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
Minimum 3 years of hands-on project engineering experience with battery or electrical infrastructure.
Familiar with NFPA 855 / SCDF ESS fire safety requirements.
PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred.
Proficient in MS Project / Excel.

Responsibilities

Own the technical delivery from design finalisation to FAT, SAT and handover.
Review customer specs, single-line diagrams, protection settings, and battery strings.
Develop engineering submittals, method statements, and commissioning procedures.
Perform battery sizing, load analysis, and runtime verification.
Coordinate with team to troubleshoot issues during installation.
Lead or supervise site installation, termination, and commissioning.
Act as technical spokesperson to customers explaining design and test results.
Mentor junior engineers and technicians.
