Job summary

Cyber Security Agency of Singapore (CSA) seeks a seasoned Programme Management lead to oversee design development and implementation of critical high-security building facilities. You will liaison between CSA and external design consultants, ensuring compliance with stringent government security requirements and industry best practices.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering with at least 7 years in building design or construction, preferably in high-security environments.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary design teams and external consultants for complex programmes.
• Certifications or chartership in engineering are highly desirable; government/high-security project experience advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate external design consultants to develop integrated building designs aligned with programme objectives.
• Lead cross-functional teams translating requirements into detailed technical specifications and briefs.
• Oversee design review, chair coordination meetings, resolve conflicts across disciplines for secure solutions.
• Manage project lifecycle from conceptual design through commissioning and handover, including testing regimes.
