Job summary

MMC Success Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor to lead and coach a manufacturing team, ensuring smooth daily operations and timely production schedules.

You will manage purchasing, inventory, SAP records, ISO documentation and cross-functional collaboration, while driving continuous improvements and troubleshooting production issues to meet quality targets.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry or a related field is an advantage.
• At least 3 years of relevant manufacturing experience.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a high level of integrity.
• Hands-on, proactive and willing to learn new processes and skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and coach team members and handle enquiries from clients and business associates.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer applications.
• Able to work independently as well as effectively within a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train and coach production team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Manage daily production activities, including purchasing, inventory, stock control and production scheduling.
• Participate actively in the end-to-end manufacturing process, from raw material preparation to finished product completion.
• Perform routine cleaning, maintenance and troubleshooting of production machinery.
• Oversee the complete manufacturing process, from material purchasing, withdrawal and issuance through to handover to the warehouse.
• Create, maintain and update SAP records and transactions accurately.
• Maintain and update ISO documentation, records and related procedures.
• Support and coordinate internal and external audits, including the preparation and maintenance of required documentation.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure production targets and schedules are met.
• Perform other duties and assignments as assigned by the Supervisor or Management.
