Job summary

ALIGN RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a capable supervisor for an electronics manufacturing line at East Area (Loyang).

You will lead a team of operators, ensure the daily production schedule is met, and manage manpower deployment to keep production flowing. We value safety and discipline on the shop floor, with a focus on strong communication, report-writing, and proactive problem-solving. A Diploma in Engineering and 2–3 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing are preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering is required.
• Prefer 2–3 years’ supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• Strong interpersonal and supervisory skills.
• Good communication and report-writing skills.
• Proactive with solid problem-solving abilities.
