Job summary

About the role

A MNC Supplier to Semiconductor industry is seeking for a Product Manager (Lead Product Management) to support the growth of the company's crafted solutions business in Singapore. This role will manage designated product lines, collaborate with commercial and technical teams, and help translate customer needs into product, pricing, pipeline, and roadmap actions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage designated crafted solution product lines, including IC slurries, substrates, pads, SPI, and CMP cleans, based on portfolio priorities.

• Work on revenue growth, margin performance, pricing discipline, and pipeline execution for the assigned portfolio.

• Drive and lead NPI activities from customer qualification through adoption in collaboration with sales, applications, R&D, and TPM teams.

• Support accurate monthly forecasts and share pipeline risks, opportunities, and required actions.

• Represent Singapore customer needs in roadmap, lifecycle, and portfolio discussions with global product and business leaders.

To Qualify for the role:

• Qualification of Bachelor's degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, materials science, engineering, business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

• About 4-5+ years of experience in semiconductor materials such CMP, wet chemistry, product management, applications, business development, or a related role.

• Experience working with semiconductor customers and translating customer needs into business and product actions.

• Strong business acumen in pricing, margin, forecasting, pipeline management, and cross-functional execution.

• Strong communication skills; experience with NPI or customer qualifications is preferred.
