The candidate will identify new CMP polishing business opportunities, build customer relationships, and present tailored technical solutions while collaborating with R&D and business units to optimize offerings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, Chemistry, or related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on semiconductor industry experience.
• Strong CMP experience is essential.
• Solid knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing and CMP processes.
• Strong customer engagement, technical presentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Southeast Asia semiconductor industry experience is highly preferred.
