Qualifications

• 5 to 15 years of professional experience in Product Design.
• Minimum Diploma (Polytechnic / Advanced / Higher Diploma) or Bachelor’s Degree.
• Ability to create logical and structured designs based on thorough UX research.
• Highly proficient in using Figma.
• Experience designing micro-interactions, animations, and motion systems that enhance usability and elevate the overall product experience.
• Ability to create high-fidelity interactive prototypes on Figma to communicate user flows, interactions, and motion.
• Ability to create precise, developer-friendly UI deliverables.
• Proven experience executing product improvement from problem definition to actual launch (End-to-End).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• An open mind with a strong willingness to accept feedback and strive for personal and professional growth.

Responsibilities

• Establish & Refine Processes: Build and continuously enhance the design process for efficient product improvement.
• Global UX Design: Design global user experiences rooted in design thinking principles.
• Collaborative Review: Actively participate in design reviews and share constructive feedback with the team.
• End-to-End Leadership: Lead the entire product lifecycle, from defining the product vision to collaborating with engineers for final implementation.
• Data-Driven Solutions: Derive actionable insights using qualitative and quantitative data to propose effective solutions.
• UI Quality Control: Deliver high-quality UI design and manage the final quality of development implementation.
• Stakeholder Alignment: Establish logical reasoning for design decisions and effectively persuade stakeholders.
