Ambition Singapore is seeking an experienced Senior Product Designer to lead the end-to-end design of digital products, user journeys, and complex workflows. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to influence direction and champion user-centered solutions.

The role requires a strong portfolio, 5+ years in design, and proficiency with Figma/ XD/ Sketch, with experience in Agile environments and front-end familiarity (React/Tailwind) being a plus.

Qualifications

• Degree in design, HCI, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years in product design, UX/UI or related fields.
• Strong portfolio showing end-to-end design work (research to delivery).
• Proficient in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch or similar tools.
• Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and validation.
• Solid understanding of user-centered and accessible design practices.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into scalable design solutions.
• Familiarity with front-end tech like React or Tailwind CSS is a plus.
• Experience in Agile environments and collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams.
• Strong communication and mentoring skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end product design from discovery through delivery.
• Translate business needs and user goals into intuitive experiences.
• Create user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform decisions.
• Maintain design systems and reusable components.
• Collaborate with PMs, BAs, engineers, and stakeholders to ship quality products.
• Support Agile delivery with design specs and reviews.
• Mentor junior designers and enhance design capabilities across the team.
