• 5 to 15 years of professional experience in Product Design.
• Minimum Diploma (Polytechnic / Advanced / Higher Diploma) or Bachelor’s Degree.
• Ability to create logical and structured designs based on thorough UX research.
• Highly proficient in using Figma.
• Experience designing micro-interactions, animations, and motion systems that enhance usability and elevate the overall product experience.
• Ability to create high-fidelity interactive prototypes on Figma to communicate user flows, interactions, and motion.
• Ability to create precise, developer-friendly UI deliverables.
• Proven experience executing product improvement from problem definition to actual launch (End-to-End).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• An open mind with a strong willingness to accept feedback and strive for personal and professional growth.

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.

• Experience leading the entire process of launching a new service from scratch.

• Understanding of or hands-on experience in Web3 product design.

• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
