Job summary

Airswift is seeking a senior water/wastewater process engineer to design RO, UF and SRU packages for onshore, platform and offshore FPSO facilities. You will develop PFDs, P&IDs, mass/heat balances and hydraulic calculations, and prepare datasheets for equipment and instruments.

You will also draft Process Philosophies, size and select equipment, review vendor packages, and coordinate multi-disciplinary reviews with piping, structural, E&I and layout teams. International travel may be required.

Qualifications

Experience leading and managing teams in water/wastewater or similar operational environment.
Experience in FEED, EPC Engineering and Packages for Water, FPSO, Oil & Gas.
Experience in the Oil & Gas / Offshore industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

Design RO, UF, and SRU packages for onshore, platform and offshore FPSO facilities.
Develop PFDs, P&IDs, mass/heat balances, and hydraulic calculations.
Prepare Process datasheets for Equipment and Instruments.
Prepare Process Philosophies (Control, Startup/Shutdown, Operation/Maintenance).
Size membranes, skids, pumps, vessels and piping for offshore facilities.
Select materials for corrosive seawater service and chemical compatibility.
Interface with client comments and coordinate with project management and commercial teams.
Review vendor documents to ensure alignment with project requirements.
Prepare technical specifications, datasheets, and MTOs per API/ASME/NORSOK/ISO.
Coordinate with vendors and relevant teams for reviews (HAZOP, Model Review, FAT, SAT).
Prepare training manuals, operating/commissioning manuals, and input to manuals.
Contribute to weight/space optimization studies for skid and module integration.
Understand contractual requirements and scope of work.
