Job summary

Our client is a global oil and gas services and equipment manufacturer seeking a skilled precision machining team lead near Gul Circle.

Lead a team to resolve daily production and engineering challenges, create manufacturing routings in ERP, and interpret engineering drawings to guide production.

Candidates should have 2–3 years in machining or manufacturing, a Mechanical/Manufacturing degree, and hands-on CAD/CAM and ERP experience.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of relevant work experience in machining or manufacturing environments.
• Experience interpreting engineering drawings and specifications.
• Familiarity with CAD/CAM software and tooling selection.
• Knowledge of manufacturing routings and ERP-based workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead and assign tasks to a team to resolve daily production and engineering challenges.
• Create and manage manufacturing routing using ERP systems to optimize workflow.
• Interpret engineering drawings and specifications accurately to guide production.
• Communicate effectively across functions to ensure alignment and problem resolution.
• Demonstrate machining setup and operate machines when required to maintain production continuity.
