Job summary

Our client is a global oil and gas services and equipment manufacturer seeking a skilled precision machining team lead near Gul Circle.

Lead a team to resolve daily production and engineering challenges, create manufacturing routings in ERP, and interpret engineering drawings to guide production.

Candidates should have 2–3 years in machining or manufacturing, a Mechanical/Manufacturing degree, and hands-on CAD/CAM and ERP experience.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of relevant work experience in machining or manufacturing environments.
• Experience interpreting engineering drawings and specifications.
• Familiarity with CAD/CAM software and tooling selection.
• Knowledge of manufacturing routings and ERP-based workflows.

Job Summary

Lead a precision machining team to resolve production issues, create manufacturing routings, interpret engineering drawings, and operate machinery as needed, ensuring smooth manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and assign tasks to a team to resolve daily production and engineering challenges efficiently
• Create and manage manufacturing routing using ERP systems to optimize workflow
• Interpret engineering drawings and specifications accurately to guide production
• Communicate effectively across all functions to ensure alignment and problem resolution
• Demonstrate machining setup and operate machines when required to maintain production continuity

Required competencies and certifications

• Apply precision machining and advanced multi-axis machining techniques to meet production standards
• Use CAD software (AutoCAD, Solidworks) to develop and review engineering designs
• Utilize CADCAM software (MasterCAM or similar) to program machining operations
• Select appropriate tooling and design jigs and fixtures to support manufacturing processes
• Understand manufacturing capabilities and product requirements to ensure feasibility and quality
• Operate ERP systems to support production planning and routing

Qualifications

• Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Precision Engineering or related field
• 2 to 3 years of relevant work experience in machining or manufacturing environments
