The role focuses on leading investigations and integrating new power electronic designs into products, coordinating with partners to assess feasibility, and presenting data-driven findings to stakeholders.

Qualifications

10+ years of delivering products to market.
Master's or bachelor's degree in Electronics/Mechatronics Engineering or related field.
Domain experience in BMS or Motor Drive Systems.

Responsibilities

Lead investigation, development, and integration of new technology and design solutions.
Coordinate with internal and external partners to assess technical and financial feasibility.
Present data-driven findings to stakeholders and validate feasibility with Global Product Marketing and Engineering.
Progress and validate solutions with cross-functional teams toward product readiness.
Support engineering teams during integration into product designs.
Build organizational knowledge and capability in technology design.
