Job summary

NHG Health seeks a Pharmacist to lead pharmacy operations at Pharmacy Services Centre, PSC, Buangkok Green Medical Park, Singapore. You will oversee multi-dose medication supply and set up medication management at ILTC facilities, ensuring accurate dispensing to patients and high-quality pharmaceutical care.

The ideal candidate holds a Pharmacy degree and is registered with the Singapore Pharmacy Council, with 2–3 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Degree in Pharmacy and registration as a Pharmacist with Singapore Pharmacy Council.
• 2–3 years of relevant working experience in pharmacy operations.
• Experience in managing a team or providing pharmaceutical care to nursing homes/daycares is advantageous.
• Keep up to date with medical treatments via continuing education talks and seminars.
• Achieve CPD points and target training hours per year.
• Communicate information clearly to pharmacy colleagues, other healthcare professionals and patients.
• Demonstrate initiative, drive and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Be team-oriented with good organizational and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the operation of multi-dose medication supply services.
• Set up of medication management system at new ILTC facilities.
• Accountable for accurate and timely dispensing of medicine to the right patient.
• Provide pharmaceutical care services to ILTC facilities and day centres.
