Job summary

CHUNKY KITCHEN PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Pastry Lead in Singapore to oversee the creation, decoration, and presentation of desserts, ensuring alignment with Violet Oon Singapore standards.

You will manage ingredients, inventory, and equipment while guiding a pastry team to deliver high-quality products. The role requires a minimum 5 years in pastry or F&B operations, a Diploma in Pastry Arts or related field, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Pastry Arts or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant F&B or pastry ops experience.
• Oral and written English proficiency.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for creation, decoration, and presentation of desserts in line with Violet Oon Singapore standards.
• Plan, order, and manage ingredients and supplies for pastry production and related operations.
• Decorate pastries with icings, toppings, and techniques for visual appeal.
• Monitor inventory levels of baking ingredients and place orders within budget.
• Ensure quality of raw materials and maintain pastry equipment condition.
• Lead, train, and motivate pastry team to improve efficiency and workmanship.
