The Government Technology Agency (GovTech) in Singapore is seeking an organised HR/Administration support professional for a 2-year contract. You will assist with internship and scholarship administration, casual employee lifecycle tasks, work pass processing, and travel coordination.
You will also help ensure policy compliance, maintain records, and provide timely support to stakeholders, including onboarding/offboarding and reception duties as needed.
The incumbent provides end-to-end support across HR operations and administrative shared services, including internship and scholarship administration, casual employee lifecycle management, work pass processing, and travel coordination. The role ensures efficient service delivery, compliance with relevant policies and regulations, and timely support to stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Requirements Diploma in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field Minimum 1–3 years of relevant administrative or HR support experience Familiarity with HR processes and employment regulations is an advantage Strong organisational skills with attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Good communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in Microsoft Office applications Open to fresh Polytechnic graduates; candidates with relevant experience will have an added advantage
