Job summary

ncs pte. ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Network Engineer to design, implement, and support enterprise network infrastructure across LAN, WAN, wireless, and hybrid cloud environments.

The role emphasizes reliability, security, and performance with on-call support when required. Applicants should hold CCNP Enterprise and have 3–5 years of experience in network administration or engineering, with hands-on skills in Cisco devices, firewalls, and monitoring tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related discipline.
• CCNP Enterprise certification (active) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise network infrastructure.
• Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Cisco routers, switches, and wireless technologies.
• Support LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, VPN, and internet connectivity services.
• Administer and maintain network security solutions including firewalls and IDS/IPS.
• Perform monitoring, capacity planning, performance tuning, and optimization.
• Provide Level 2/3 network support and on-call coverage when required.
• Develop and maintain network documentation and SOPs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, and service providers to resolve issues.
