Job summary

Accountstaff seeks an experienced project lead for MEPL/M&E/ACMV works in Singapore. You will oversee site operations, manage planning and progress, and ensure projects meet timelines and budgets. Lead cross‑functional teams across A&A and new-builds while maintaining safety and quality standards.

You will review PQP, coordinate with clients and contractors, and prepare monthly progress reports. Strong teamwork, communication, and independent execution are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of MEPL/M&E/ACMV project experience, preferably in commercial/industrial sectors.
• Diploma or degree in mechanical or electrical engineering required.
• Independent, responsible with strong teamwork and communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee site operations and provide leadership to the project team.
• Manage planning, scheduling, progress monitoring and updates.
• Coordinate site activities to meet timeline, budget and quality.
• Lead MEPL/M&E/ACMV projects across A&A and new-builds, ensuring safety and schedule.
• Prepare and submit monthly progress reports.
• Review Project Quality Plan to ensure compliance.
• Manage site organization, manpower planning and deployment.
• Attend project meetings with clients, consultants and subcontractors.
• Coordinate with stakeholders for smooth project execution.
• Ensure compliance with client requirements and regulations.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.
