Job summary

alleviative engineering pte. ltd. is seeking a hands-on Project Manager to lead M&E projects from planning through installation, testing and handover in Singapore.

You will oversee the project team, coordinate with clients and subcontractors, ensure works are delivered safely, on schedule and within budget, and maintain comprehensive project records and reporting. Qualifications

• Relevant qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience managing M&E projects, particularly ACMV and electrical installations.
• Experience in A&A works and occupied commercial buildings is an advantage.
• Strong technical understanding and ability to interpret drawings, specifications and contract requirements.
• Strong leadership, coordination, planning and problem-solving skills.
• Organised, detail-oriented and consistent in following matters through to completion.
• Able to manage project, deadlines and competing priorities.
• Willing to perform night works and take an active role on site and accept responsibility for project outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Overall project management from planning to handover.
• Coordinate ACMV and electrical drawings and submissions.
• Prepare and maintain project programmes and schedules.
• Lead engineers, supervisors and subcontractors on site.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants and suppliers.
• Manage drawings, approvals, and documentation.
• Monitor budgets, costs and variations with the QS team.
• Ensure quality, safety and complete testing and handover.
