Job summary

HANWHA OFFSHORE ENGINEERING SERVICES SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a senior mechanical inspector to lead EPC project mechanical inspections, FAT, preservation activities and equipment performance testing.

The role involves mentoring inspectors and reviewing vendor data sheets, FATs and ITPs to ensure compliance with project specs. You will interface with Class, Client and Third-Party Inspection Agencies, establish preservation programs, and prepare quality procedures for mechanical work across

Qualifications

• Experience in EPC projects with equipment installation, alignment inspections, FAT and preservation.
• 10 years' experience in rotating & stationary equipment inspections.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage EPC project mechanical inspection, FAT, Preservation & equipment performance tests.
• Mentor mechanical inspectors on alignment, inspections, preservation.
• Review vendor data sheets, FATs, performance reports and ITPs.
• Prepare and review project-specific Quality procedures for mechanical work.
