Qualifikationen

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• Strong understanding of Singapore building regulations, fire safety requirements, and engineering standards.
• Experience managing mechanical engineering projects within commercial, industrial, infrastructure, or large-scale facilities environments.
• Hands-on knowledge of M&E systems, equipment maintenance, and lifecycle management.
• Experience supervising contractors, vendors, and technical teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and operational priorities simultaneously.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving capabilities.

Aufgaben

• Lead a team of technical professionals responsible for maintenance and operational readiness of M&E systems
• Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance programmes for critical facilities infrastructure
• Manage mechanical and building services projects from conceptual design through commissioning and handover
• Coordinate consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure project objectives are achieved
• Review engineering designs, technical specifications, and project documentation for compliance and quality
• Oversee site activities, monitor project schedules, and manage safety, quality, and cost performance
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system reliability, efficiency, and operational effectiveness
