Job summary

Neste is seeking a Maintenance E&I Planner for our Tuas Refinery to focus on electrical, instrument & analyser maintenance planning. You will work with Asset Management, Operations, Technical, HSSEQ and other teams to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient maintenance scheduling.

Responsibilities include developing detailed planning steps, preparing work packages, coordinating with PMC and Procurement, and ensuring timely material availability.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years relevant refinery/petrochemical experience.
• Experience in maintenance work control and planning.
• Solid understanding of electrical, instrumentation, and process analyzers maintenance.
• Knowledge of CMMS software.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and business sense.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed planning steps with safety standards and site requirements for scheduling.
• Prepare planning work packages for execution.
• Coordinate with PMC, Asset Integrity, Reliability, Warehouse, Procurement, and contractors.
• Reference planning steps to prepare materials and raise PR/MR.
• Ensure cost-competitive materials and services to enable safe, timely maintenance.
• Improve task lists and optimize resources with scheduler.
