Job summary

Linde in Singapore is seeking an experienced maintenance planner to oversee major maintenance work with the Maintenance team. You will develop critical paths, plan craft hours and crews, and ensure cost-effective execution of maintenance projects.

The role requires SAP knowledge, materials management, and strong leadership to coordinate with area in‑charges and vendors. A background in mechanical engineering and substantial maintenance experience in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical sectors is

Qualifications

Knowledge of planning and maintenance of rotating equipment (steam turbines, etc.).
Knowledge of planning and maintenance of boilers and static equipment.
Familiarity with API/ASME standards for rotating and static equipment.
Excellent written and verbal English communication.
Advanced computer skills and MS Office proficiency.
Experience with SAP Plant Maintenance or equivalent system.

Responsibilities

Plan and schedule maintenance work orders with required materials and resources.
Estimate accurately the cost of work orders and prepare monthly cost reporting.
Maintain safety stock in coordination with materials unit for critical parts.
Manage daily and weekly maintenance scheduling conferences.
Monitor KPIs and track data in SAP PM for performance insights.
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of resources.
