Job summary

Total Facility Engineering Pte Ltd is hiring multiple Project Engineer (M&E) positions across Singapore (Woodlands, Yishun, Tampines, etc.). The role entails managing engineering works from tender to completion, leading teams, budgeting, scheduling, and client coordination.

Candidates with 5 years of field experience in construction, preferably in semiconductor or pharmaceutical sectors, are invited to apply.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering with project execution/management knowledge.
• Minimum 5 years' field experience in construction, preferably in semiconductor or pharmaceutical sectors.
• Strong knowledge in HVAC, Fire Protection, Plumbing or Process systems.
• Excellent English communication, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Manage mechanical engineering works from concept to project completion.
• Lead and manage project team including performance and manpower planning.
• Prepare scope of work, sub-contracts and proposals including tender submission and clarifications.
• Monitor project budgets and equipment selection for mechanical works.
• Coordinate with Architects/ Consultants/Main Contractors/Vendors/Clients and Authorities.
• Review method statements and Safe Work Procedures for sites.
• Provide technical evaluation of subcontractors and equipment proposals.
• Ensure timely submission of monthly progress claims.
• Perform testing & commissioning activities and site supervision.
