Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced M&E Construction Manager to lead a team of M&E engineers, supervisors, coordinators and BIM modelers at the Changi East Site Office.

You will oversee design, coordination and on-site execution to ensure M&E works meet specifications and project timelines. You will participate in client and consultant meetings, review M&E drawings, coordinate with subcontractors, and report progress to the Project Director.

Qualifications

• Degree in M&E recognized by PEB or with a BCA M&E coordination certificate.
• Minimum 10 years’ relevant experience as M&E Manager in large scale projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of M&E Engineers, Supervisors, Coordinators and BIM Modelers in design and coordination works.
• Attend technical and site meetings with clients, consultants and stakeholders.
• Study M&E drawings and coordinate M&E work with consultants and subcontractors to resolve technical/site issues.
• Coordinate M&E planning and documentation with consultants and document control processes.
• Coordinate and prepare construction and interfacing/M&E documents and drawings.
• Ensure M&E works are carried out according to specifications/drawings.
• Inform Project Director/Project Manager of technical/site problems.
• Supervise progress of works on site.
• Coordinate main contractor and subcontractor activities to align with project schedule.
