Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd is seeking a seasoned M&E Manager for a project-based assignment at the Changi East Site Office.

You will lead a multidisciplinary team of M&E engineers, supervisors, coordinators and BIM modelers, ensuring smooth design coordination and on-time delivery. You will attend client and consultant meetings, review M&E drawings, resolve issues, and ensure works meet specifications.

Qualifications

• Degree in M&E recognized by PEB or with a BCA M&E coordination certificate.
• Minimum 10 years' relevant experience as M&E Manager in large scale projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of M&E engineers, supervisors, coordinators and BIM modelers in design and coordination.
• Attend technical and site meetings with clients, consultants and stakeholders.
• Study M&E drawings and coordinate with consultants and subcontractors to resolve technical/site issues.
• Interface M&E planning and coordination with consultants and document control.
• Coordinate and prepare construction and M&E documents and drawings.
• Ensure M&E works comply with specifications and drawings.
• Inform Project Director/Project Manager of technical or site problems.
• Supervise progress of works on site.
• Coordinate with main contractor and subcontractors to align activities with project schedule.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
