NSK Gourmet Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a hands-on Cook/Kitchen Supervisor to join our busy kitchen. You will prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes while maintaining quality and consistency.

You will oversee daily operations, guide junior staff, monitor food safety and hygiene, and ensure proper storage and stock rotation. The role requires efficient work in a fast-paced environment and willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Competenze

• Experience in food preparation and cooking in a restaurant setting.
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen sanitation.
• Ability to prepare a variety of dishes while maintaining quality.
• Experience supervising kitchen staff is a plus.
• Willing to work in a fast-paced environment, including weekends and holidays.
