Job summary

ResMed is expanding its Industrial Engineering capability to optimize the manufacturing and distribution network. This individual contributor role focuses on site master planning, line design, capacity modelling, and automation readiness to unlock throughput and space productivity.

You will translate data into credible business cases, justify investments, and mentor teams in IE methods while collaborating across operations, planning, and quality functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead high‑impact studies and deployment workstreams across line design and material flow.
• Provide IE backbone for site master plans and capacity scenarios.
• Build baselines, quantify benefits, and link decisions to safety, quality, service and cost.
• Coordinate across operations, manufacturing engineering, automation, logistics.
