Job summary

ResMed is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Data Analyst to drive analytics across manufacturing value streams, translating operational problems into data-driven insights and action. You will partner with site teams, engineers and data professionals to design metrics, validate data and build decision-support tools that improve OEE, quality and cost performance.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
6+ years delivering analytics, automation or AI-enabled solutions in manufacturing or supply chain.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, value streams and improvement opportunities.
Experience with ERP, MES, IoT data, historians or similar OT platforms.
Experience in cross-functional agile/project delivery and adoption.

Responsibilities

Define problems, analytical questions, hypotheses, measures and data needs with site teams.
Analyze production, quality, downtime, cycle-time, labour and material-flow data for loss drivers and improvements.
Develop dashboards, models and decision-support tools embedded in manufacturing workflows.
Support user testing, rollout, training and adoption of solutions.
Collaborate with data engineers, OT/IT and data scientists on pipelines and integrations.
