The ideal candidate has extensive software architecture experience, leadership in distributed systems, and a track record of delivering high-impact platforms at scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, C, C++, Java, JavaScript).
• 3 years of experience building and developing large-scale infrastructure or distributed systems.
• 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role.
• 2 years of experience in a people management or team leadership role.
• Experience in mobile app development.

Responsibilities

• Manage both mobile engineers and server engineers who work on infrastructure and features.
• Collaborate closely with Product and UX partners to align on a shared goal and guide the team.
• Help grow software engineers into future technical leads while reinforcing a positive team culture.
